Description
Food supplement of valerian, hops, escolzia, hawthorn with melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Valerian and escoltia promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
The hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. 0.8% valerinic acids, hops (Humulus Lupulus L., flower) e.s.; charging agents: cellulose, cellulose sodium cellulose reticulated; (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) e.s. tit. 0.2% protopine, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., fiori e foglie] e.s. tit. 3% vine, cover [agente di rivestimento: idrossipropilmetilcellulosa; coloranti: carbonato di calcio, coloranti: blu brillante FCF (lacca di alluminio), cocciniglia; agente antiagglomerante: talco, stabilizzante: glicerolo]; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Mode of use
Take 2 tablets daily with a glass of water.
