Description
Food supplement with sweetener.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin). Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while valerian promotes sleep and relaxation in case of stress.

Ingredients
Water, ashwagandha KSM-66 [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root root e.s. 5% withanolidi, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s. tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); acidifier: citric acid; ethanol; preservative: potassium sorbate; edulcorante: sucralosio; melatonin, aroma.

The product may contain milk and soy.

Mode of use
Take 2 pipettes (2 ml) once a day, before bedtime.
