Food supplement based on titrated extracts of griffonia, escolzia, passiflora, valerian.
Escolzia, passiflora and valerian favor relaxation and sleep in stress situations.
Griffonia (titled in 5-HTP) helps maintain a normal mood tone, promotes relaxation and sleep, mental well-being and helps control the sense of hunger.

Ingredients
Dry extract of griffonia (simplicifolia griffonia dc baill. seeds) titrated to 30% in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytriptophan), vegetable jelly, dry exculpture extract (eschscholzia californica cham. aerial part) titrated to 0.35% in protopine, dry extract of valerian (valerian workshop l. root) titrated to 0.8% in sesquiterpenic acids expressed as valerenic acid, dry extract of passiflora (passiflora embodied l. aerial part) titrated to 4% in vinexin, antiagglomerating (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Mode of use
It is suggested 1 capsule in the evening, taken with a little water before bedtime.
It can also be taken in the morning or half a day to loosen daily tensions and promote relaxation.
