Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, which taken at the dose of 1 mg just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time necessary to take sleep with valerian and essential oils of melissa and lavender that favor a physiological relaxation.

Ingredients
Fruit, purified water, maltodextrin; stabilizer: glycerol; dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; preservatives: sorbate potassium and benzoate sodium; essential oil of melissa (Melissa officinalis L.), essential oil of lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix.), melatonin.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
Take 5 times 0.5 ml of product (about 3 g) diluted in little water, just before bedtime. It is recommended to shake the product before use. The presence of small unconscious particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. The date of end of validity refers to the correctly preserved product, in an integral package. Use the product within a month of opening.
