Description
Food supplement in spray.
Complement based on hawthorn, poppy and melatonin, in sub-lingual spray. Its hydro-alcoholic formulation ensures rapid absorption. Melatonin contributes to: reduce the time required to sleep; alleviate the effects of jet-lag. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. It also contains extracts of poppy and hawthorn, which contributes to the achievement of a state of relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Charge officer: E 420(ii); red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers extract fluid D/E* 1:2, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus and Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves extracted fluid D/E* 1:1.5, purified water, melatonin, aromas.

Mode of use
Shake well before use, vacuum press 3-4 times to get the first dispensing, nebulize the product directly in the mouth (4 sprays equal to 0.5 ml). Rinse the oral adapter with water before and after use. Take the recommended dose just before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children and do not administer under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. The use of dietary supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
