Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, plant extracts of hawthorn and valerian and essential lavender oil. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. Valeria and lavender promote relaxation, useful for sleep and in case of stress. The hawthorn is useful for mental well-being and relaxation.

Ingredients
Water, glucose syrup, Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) mother dye D/E 1:10, hawthorn flowers and leaves [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] mother dye D/E 1:10; stabilizer: glycerol; magnesium chloride; emulsifier: polysorbate; melatonin; preservatives: sorbate potassium, benzoate sodium; acidifier: citric acid; lavender flowery tops (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) o.e., sweet orange pericarpo (Citrus aurantium L. var. dulcis) o.e.; eulcorante: sucralosio.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 20 drops per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Take the pure or diluted product in water, herbal tea or other drink to taste. Shake the bottle first well before use.

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The beneficial effect of melatonin on the effects of jet-lag is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. The beneficial effect for reducing the time required to take sleep is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin. The presence of sediment is a consequence of the use of ingredients of natural origin and does not affect the quality and conformity of the product.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water. The minimum term of storage refers to the correctly stored product, in a package. Do not disperse into the environment after use.
