Description
Food supplement in tablets. The particular formulation "retard" allows a gradual and prolonged release of melatonin.
Reduces the time required to take sleep: this beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime. Relieves jet–lag effects: this beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Charging agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; antiagglomerant: magnesium stearate; melatonin.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, just before bedtime.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light and heat sources.
