I 'M NOT GOING TO SLEEP

Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and plant extracts that supports normal biorhythm and reconciles sleep, prolonging the duration of night rest and reducing the latency time necessary to fall asleep and the frequency of night awakening. Moreover, it loosens tensions and promotes relaxation, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and allows to regain harmony and tranquility, improving overall well-being and quality of life.

Property
Joint: its fruit is mainly used for food purposes for its nutritional properties. Its seeds are used to counter the problems of anxiety and insomnia and in particular it has been seen that it acts in the first phase of sleep. The secondary metabolites of the jujudice modulate the GABAergic activity and the serotonin system and the sedative action has been seen that it is given above all by the saponins.
Griffon: contains a high amount of 5-hydroxy-triptophan (5-HTP), precursor of serotonin, which unlike exogenous triptophan, easily manages to cross the hematoencephalic barrier. Griffonia also contrasts depression and anxiety without side effects and without giving addiction.
Valerian: the most important components of valerian are valerenic acids, valeranone, valerenal and borneol esters; in particular, there is the presence of bornile acetate and isovalerianato of bornile, valerenic acid, hydroxyvalerenic acid, acetoxyvalerenic acid. Valerian has sedative and myorilassant properties, contrasts the somatic effects of stress and slightly improves concentration. Reduces awakening times and the time necessary to fall asleep, consolidates sleep and improves sleep quality (about 2 times) without causing drowsiness when awakening. It is particularly suitable for stress and periods of intense psychophysical activity. It is also particularly effective during menopause to treat anxiety, stress and insomnia. It also seems effective in improving the quality of sleep in individuals who are reducing doses of benzodiazepines or who have interrupted them completely.
Magnesium: essential mineral whose total content in the body is about 25 g: 70% of it is found in the bones, while the remaining 30% is located in soft tissues and fluids and is a necessary element for the proper functioning of more than 300 enzymes. Among its various functions it promotes nerve conduction and exercises a calming, sedative and relaxing effect on neural cells. In case of deficiency, nerve cells do not transmit messages well and enter a state of hypereccitability. Several studies have also shown that supplementation with magnesium improves the quality and duration of sleep, latency time (time necessary to fall asleep) and reduces premature awakenings.
