Food supplement based on escolzia, useful for a physiological sleep, passiflora, hawthorn and melissa, useful to promote relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
(30%) (Eschscholz Cham.) flowery top, passiflora (30%) (Passiflora L.) aerial parts, hawthorn (17%) (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) flowering tops, melissa (10%) (Melissa workshop L.) leaves, orange (10%) (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) fruit, natural aroma of orange (3%).

Mode of use
A filter in a cup of boiling water, leave infusion for 5-7 minutes with cover to avoid loss of volatile principles, take twice a day, preferably away from meals. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press slightly with the teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
