Melatonin reduces the time required to take sleep, benefit you get with taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
While the hops M.A.T.R.I.S promotes relaxation and improves sleep quality in a prolonged way throughout the night.
The tile also promotes relaxation in case of stress and improves sleep.
With sweeteners.
Chamomile and vanilla taste.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, coated hops extract M.A.T.R.I.S [luppolo strobili estratto secco (Humulus lupulus L.), gomma lacca, talco, etilcellulosa], aromas, L-theanine; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; dry extract flowers (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.); antiagglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
Take 1 stick pack in the evening before bedtime. Turn the content directly into the mouth and swallow without chewing.

Conservation
