Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep, such beneficial effect is obtained with the intake just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin; helps relieve the effects of jet lag, such beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1,5 ml (about 45 drops) per day diluted in water or taken such as, half an hour before bedtime.
Shake before use.
