Lavender promotes normal mood tone, relaxation and sleep in case of stress, digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination.

Ingredients
Lavanda (Lavandula officinalis or angustifolia) flowering tops O.E.

O.E.= Essential oil (Aetheroleum).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops per day of essential oil, to dilute in a food to taste or in a bottle of water to be consumed during the day (act well before drinking).
The external use for relaxing massages is possible by diluting properly into an emollient base, or adding some drops in the aroma diffusers.

2 drops on average contain 87 mg of O.E. of lavender.
Close carefully after use.
