Description
Food supplement based on melatonin that helps to reduce the time of sleep, griffonia and escolzia that favor relaxation, even in case of stress. Melatonin is also useful to alleviate the effects of jet lag.

Ingredients
Charge officer: bicalcium phosphate; (Eschscholtzia californica Cham,) flowery top e.s.tit. 0.2% in protopine, charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) Baill.) e.s. 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, stabilizers: mono-e diglycerides of fatty acids, carbossimetil cellulose sodium reticulate; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Without gluten, lactose, preservatives and GMOs.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day just before bedtime.

Follow the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended not to take pregnant and nursing. Do not assume in case of sensitivities determined towards one of the components. The product must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Store in a cool and dry place and away from heat sources.
