Food supplement based on Melatonin and Valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep and helps relieve the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime.

Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L. root; maltodextrin, antiagglomerating: silicon dioxide) titrated dry extract 0,8% minimum in total sesquiterpenic acids calculated as valerenic acid	60 mg
Total sesquiterpenic acids	0,48 mg
Melatonin	1 mg
Charging agents (phosphate calcio, microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (sodium reticulate carboxiylcellulose), anti-agglomerating (stearate magnesium), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, acetic esters of monoe diglycerides of fatty acids), dye (E171).

Mode of use
One tablet per day to be taken preferably an hour before bedtime. In case of Jet lag, take two tablets an hour before bedtime on the first night after the trip and continue for the next 4-5 days until you allocate your sleep rhythms to the new time zone.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Any slight variation in the color of the tablets can be attributed to the natural ingredients contained in them and is not an index of alteration of the quality of the product.
