Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, vitamin B6, tryptophan, boswellia and melatonin with passiflora, jujuggiolo and valerian.
Passiflora and giuggiolo contribute to relaxation and mental well-being.
Boswellia promotes the contrast of localized tension.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

(Valeriana officinalis L.); anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride), melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, in the evening just before bedtime, with a plentiful sip of water.
