Food supplement based on melatonin that contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin) and to alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination).

Ingredients
Water; emulsifier: polyoxyethylenesorbitan monooleate; thickening: glycerol; medium chain triglycerides; antioxidant: palmitate of L-ascorbile; melatonin, aroma; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity corrector: citric acid; eulcorant: sucralose.

Mode of use
Address the dispenser in the mouth, preferably under the tongue. Make a delivery of 1 mg melatonin, in the evening just before bedtime.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
Spray formulation allows a practice and rapid intake.

Conservation
