Ingredients
Rose Powder (Pink centifolia L.) flos; dry extract of Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizoma; powder of: Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, Mandukparni (Asian Centella.) herba; stabilizer: starch, arabic rubber; powder of: Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.radix, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fructus, long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus, ginger (Zingiber workshop Rosc.) rhizoma; anti-agglomerating: magnesium silicate, calcium carbonate; coating agent: HPMC.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet before bedtime.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product should not be understood as a substitute for a varied diet.
