Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan and vitamins of group B, with valerian and jujub. Fast-slow bilayer tablets. Checked release.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep and is also useful to alleviate the effects of jet-leg.
The valerian and the jujudice favour relaxation and sleep. B3 and B6 vitamins support normal psychological function and help reduce fatigue and fatigue.

Ingredients
Charging agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-triptophan; jujuba extract dry tit. 2% in jujubosids (ziziphus Jujuba miller seeds); valerian extract dry tit. 0.42% in sesquiterpenic acids (valeriana officinalis l. Radici). Charge officer: football phosphate. Stabilizing and coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, nicotineamide covered tit. 33%. Antiagglomerating agent: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; aroma. Anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide. Coating agent: microcrystalline cellulose; pyridossine hydrochloride covered tit. 33%. Coating agent: fatty acids; melatonin; aroma; dyes: iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black, bright blue FCF, indigo carmine.

Mode of use
1 tablet to be taken in the evening before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
