Description
nutritional supplement based on melatonin, L-triptophan and L-glycin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid,precursor of melatonin.

Ingredients
demineralized water, L-triptophan, L-glycine; acidifier: citric acid; aroma; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin, thickener: xanthan gum.

Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.

Mode of use
1 ml a day, 30 minutes before bed, directly in the mouth or diluted in drinks or foods. Shake well before use.
