Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia, escolzia and L-theanine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet-lag* and reduce the time required to sleep**. The dry extract of griffonia promotes mental well-being and normal mood tone, the dry extract of escolzia favors relaxation in case of stress. The mini-compresses, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows a transfer of fast and prolonged components.
*The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

(eschscholtzia californica cham., herba) dry extract; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; l-theanine; vegetable stearina; antiagglomerants: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; griffonia (simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; maltodextrin; coating agent: etylcellulose; melatonin; coloring: iron oxide.

Mode of use
1 mini-compressed a day just before bedtime.
