Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) e.s. standardized, reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethyleneglycol, talc; Vitamin B6 (pyridossina hydrochloride) tit. 33%, polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring: titanium dioxide; vanillin, aroma.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets daily, according to the needs, with half a glass of water.
