Ingredients
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) e.s. tit. to 0.8% in valerenic acid, hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobili) e.s. tit. to 0.4% min. in flavonoids, jujubo (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) e.s. tit. 2% triterpenic saponins, maltodextrins; stabilizer: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coloring: titanium dioxide; melatonin.

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take from one to two tablets a day, to swallow whole with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light, moisture and direct sources of heat. The date of end of validity refers to the product in full packaging, correctly preserved.
