Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, teanine and plant extracts, indicated in case of poor intake with diet or increased requirements of such nutrients.
Melissa and griffonia are able to support normal mood tone and, with hawthorn, are useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
The linden also helps to achieve useful relaxation for sleep and in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, physiological functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets a day, of which 1 or 2 half an hour before bedtime. To swallow the tablets with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
