Description
Food supplement based on lime and hawthorn with melatonin and vitamin B1. The linden favours relaxation (sleep; in case of stress). The hawthorn contributes to the regular functionality of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has antioxidant action and promotes the regularity of blood pressure. Thyamine contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal heart function. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Ingredients
Charge officer: Pearlitol Flash (D-mannitol, corn starch); tile flowers east sec. (Tilia tomentosa Moench) tit. 5% flavonoids, hawthorn leaves east sec. (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) citric acid; eulcorants: xylitol, aspartame, sucralose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; aroma, vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day before bed, to dissolve in the mouth until complete dissolution.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a proper lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. It contains a source of phenylalanine.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the intact product, properly preserved.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
