Description
Food supplement, with eulcorant, of melatonin that, taken at the daily dose of 1 mg, just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep*.
*Tal beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg melatonin.
It also contains:
Lavender: that favors the normal tone of mood and together with valerian favors sleep and contributes to a physiological relaxation, resulting in useful in case of stress.
Chamomile: which contributes to mental well-being, vitamin B6 that contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue and normal psychological function.
Zinc: which contributes to the normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Edulcorante: sorbitol; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids, zinc citrate; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., flowers) e.s. tit. 0.5% in essential oil, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) e.s. tit. 0.3% in apigenine, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
Take one tablet in the evening at least half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in pregnancy and nursing and in children under 12 years of age, or in any case for prolonged periods. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
In case of concomitant therapies, before using the product, feel the doctor's opinion.

Conservation
Keep well closed, in a cool and dry place, sheltered from direct sunlight and heat sources.
