Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets daily with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal and lasting action it is recommended to take for at least 3 months.

Warnings
It does not give addiction: it can be taken for long periods without side effects; in some subjects griffonia could give nausea, gastric burning, constipation and slight drowsiness: these effects arise during the first period of intake and disappear spontaneously when the organism gets used to the daily dose.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
