Ingredients
Powder of: Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix, emblica (Phyllanthus embly L.) fructus; dry extract of: BrahmiBacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herba, Centella (Urban Asian Centella) herba; calcium carbonate; stabilizer: arabic rubber; Galanga powder major (Alpinia galanga Willd.) rhizoma; dry extract of Clitoria (Clitoria ternatea L.) radix; anti-agglomerating: starch, magnesium silicate, fatty acid magnesium salts (stearic); coating agent: HPMC.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet twice a day to swallow with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product should not be understood as a substitute for a varied diet.

Validity of packaging: 36 months.
