Food supplement based on melatonin.
The product is indicated for the reduction of jet-lag syndrome (clockwise use) and sleep disorders, it is part of the hormones of the Psico-Neuro-Endocrino-Immunology (PNEI) system and in the balance with cortisol secretion, typical of stress; support in metabolism in general and especially in the brain.

Ingredients
Melatonin, water, sweetener: sorbitol, fructose, glycerol, aromas.
Conservative: potassium sorbate.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
• 5 drops (112.5 mg) → 0.5 mg
• 10 drops (225 mg) → 1 mg

Mode of use
For the reduction of the time required to take sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of the substance (corresponding to 10 drops of the Melateon product), possibly under the tongue.
To alleviate the effects of jet-lag, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance (corresponding to 5 drops of the Melateon product) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
