For the presence of Griffonia, known for its relaxing action, the product is useful to reconcile sleep. Thanks to the presence of Escolzia, Passiflora and Valeriana, known for relaxing properties, the product is useful to promote physiological sleep, even in case of stress-related tensions; passiflora and Griffonia also have a physiological coadjuvant action, as they favor mental well-being.

Ingredients
Escolzia, Passiflora, Valeriana, Griffonia, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules per day, in the evening, half an hour before bedtime.

Conservation
