Description
Food supplement of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, melatonin with plant extracts of griffonia, magnolia, melissa, Valeriana officinalis and hyperico.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep; griffonia, melissa and hyperico can favour, mental well-being and normal tone of mood; valerian can promote relaxation and sleep.

Ingredients
Melatonin, Simplicifolia Griffonia, Magnolia officinalis, Valeriana officinalis, Hypericum perforatum, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, Melissa officinalis.

Mode of use
One tablet per day to take an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not hire before driving or before using machinery that require special attention.
If you take medications, before using the product ask for medical advice because hyperic can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. Hyperic extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence.
