Food supplement of melatonin and valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time needed to sleep; the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Valerian favors a physiological relaxation and rest.

Ingredients

	per daily dose 5 drops
Melatonin	1 mg
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) titolate dry extract 0.8% in valerenic acids	5 mg
Other ingredients: purified water; fructose; maltodextrin; stabilizer (glycerol); acidifier (citric acid); preservatives (sorbate potassium and benzoate sodium).

Mode of use
Take 5 drops of product per day, dilute in little water, just before bedtime. It is recommended to shake the product before use. The presence of small unconscious particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For use of the product in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children it is recommended to feel the doctor's opinion.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. The date of end of validity refers to the correctly stored product in full packaging. Storage period after the first opening: three months.
