Description
Food supplement of melatonin with essential oil of lavender and saffron oil.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 1 soft capsule of Calema night). Lavender is useful for achieving a state of relaxation.

Ingredients
Content of the soft capsule: lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) essential oil tit. 35-45% in acetate linalil and 25-40% in linalol, sunflower oil, Zafferano oil (polysoluble extract of Crocus sativus L. stigmi in maize oil); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
External envelope: gelatin of vegetable origin (modified starch, glycerol, carragenine); colorants: iron oxide, bright blue.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 soft capsule per day, about half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
