Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, valerian and chamomile. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 0.5 ml). Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress. Chamomile promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Water, Cape Chamomile e.s. tit. 1.2% in apigenin (Matricaria chamomilla L.), valerian root and rhizome e.s. tit. 0.42% in total sesquiterpenic acids, calculated as valerenic acid (Valeriana officinalis L.), apple juice, pear juice, melatonin; acidifier: citric acid; aromas; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan rubber.

Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.

Mode of use
Take 0.5 ml of product per day, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before bedtime. For use of the product under 12 years of age it is recommended to feel the medical advice. The product can be taken such as or diluted in about half a glass of water. Shake before use.
Possible to read color and taste variations and possible formation of precipitates, suspendable by agitation, are linked to the normal variability of the ingredients of vegetable origin and are not index of alteration of the quality of the product.
