Ingredients
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome and root dry extract titolato to 0.8% in total sesquiterpenic acids, calculated as Valerenic acid, food jelly, Passiflora (Embodied Passiflora L.) herb with dried extract flowers titolato to 3.5% in total flavonoids expressed in Vitexina, Biancospino (Crataegus Monogyna J.) flowers and leaves extracted microcrystalline cellulose; Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract titrated to 2% in total hydroxycynnamic derivatives expressed as Rosmarinic acid, antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; dye: titanium dioxide.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 3 capsules during the day, or 2 capsules in the evening before bedtime.
