Ingredients
Melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol; purified water; emulsifiers: monoleate of polyoxethylene sorbitan and lecitines (of soy); acidifier: citric acid; aroma; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Mode of use
1-2 dispenses to be sprayed under the tongue. 1 delivery brings 0.5 mg of Melatonin. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to take sleep is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg Melatonin. The beneficial action to alleviate the effects of jet lag is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. We do not recommend use during pregnancy and/or nursing. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
