Food supplement based on Melatonin and plant principles of Night Grasses (Escolzia, Passiflora, Biancospino, Camomilla, Tiglio and Valeriana).
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. The plant principles used are useful to promote relaxation and sleep, the hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
It does not contain: alcohol, artificial dyes, preservatives, milk derivatives, GMOs.
Suitable for vegans.

Mode of use
It is recommended to dilute in little water 25 drops to take 1 mg of Melatonin.
The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to take sleep is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg Melatonin.
The beneficial effect to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained with the intake just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnancy and/or breastfeeding are not recommended.
