Food supplement based on pure melatonin and extracts of valerian and hops.
Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce favors a physiological night rest, in order to be able to sleep well and wake up rested. It helps to promote a healthy night rest and refreshment for both adults and children from three years of age.
Melatonin, a substance also produced by the body, supports the level present in the body and allows to maintain a good day-night rhythm. Natural and vegetable substances of valerian and hops before bedtime have a relaxing and calming action.

Ingredients
Sorbitol, water, glycerol, glyceric extract hops (Humulus lupulus L., flowers) (14,92%); coloring: simple caramel; valerian spring extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root) (0.92%); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; aromas; emulsifier: sucrose esters, melatonin (0,08%).

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
The formulation in drops allows an easily modulable dosage: the desired amount of drops can be easily dosed with the appropriate calibrated dropper. The two heels on the glass straw simplify the count of drops: the first corresponds to 0.5 ml equal to 10 drops, the second to 1 ml equal to 20 drops.
20 drops of Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
The recommended daily dose, not to exceed, is 20 drops that correspond to 1 mg of melatonin, to be taken in the evening half an hour before bedtime.
To administer the desired dose dilute in some water or in any other drink, or directly in the mouth.
Shake before use.

Warnings
Do not use Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. We do not recommend the use for pregnant women, for women who have planned a pregnancy and during lactation. For the use of the product in the first three years of age feel the doctor's opinion. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains polyalcoholics: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store at controlled ambient temperature (15-25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
