Food supplement based on dry extracts titulated by valerian, hops and jujury, useful to promote sleep, in case of stress.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acid, Hops (Humulus lupulus L., stroble) dry extract titrated to 0.4% in total flavonoids, Giuggiolo (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) dry extract titrated to 2% minimum in triterpenic saponins, maize maltodextrins; anti-agglomerating agents: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose, fatty acid magnesium salts, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; dye: titanium dioxide.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take from 1 to 2 tablets of product per day, preferably an hour before bedtime.
