Magnesium oxide (magnesium), dry extract of valerian titrated 0.8% valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: hydroxy-propyl-cellulose, carbossimetilcellulose sodium reticulate; dry hops extract (Humulus lupulus L., flower); coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, hydroxy-propyl-cellulose, polyethyleneglycol, talc, rice starch, beet red, sulphite-ammonial caramel, vegetable coal; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; dry extract of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., root).
Mode of use
One or two tablets before bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Ask for your doctor's advice to determine if this dietary supplement is right for you. High doses of magnesium can cause mild gastrointestinal disorders in some people. In such cases it is recommended or to split the dose over the course of the day by halving the tablet, or by reducing the number of ingested tablets.
