Description
Food supplement in liquid form based on Melatonin and Valerian, indicated in cases of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements of such elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps relieve the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Thanks to Valeriana, it contributes to relaxation (sound, in case of stress).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 5 drops in the evening half an hour before bedtime. It is possible to take the drops as they are or to dilute it in a little water. Instructions for use: 1) Avoid the cap. 2) Screw the dropper contained in the bag. 3) Shake well before each use.
