Ingredients

Melatonin	1 mg
Vitamin B6	2 mg
L-Tryptophan	10 mg
Tiamepine (Vitamin B1 total)	1,1 mg

Mode of use
1 tablet in the evening, just before bedtime.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of Melatonin.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (not more than 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
Close the bottle well after use.
The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
