Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day.
- Jet lag: in case of jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
- Sleep: for the reduction of time required to take sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
