Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
Valerian promotes relaxation (in case of stress). Passflora promotes sleep and relaxation (in case of stress) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part e.s.; charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose and dihydrate dicalcium phosphate; gamma-amminobutyric acid (GABA), melatonin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s.; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxin hydrochloride (vitamin B6); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and fatty acids.

Mode of use
Take one tablet a day, in need, half an hour before bedtime.

We do not recommend the use of the product to pregnant women, nursing and children. The product is indicated only in adults from 18 years on. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
