Active ingredients:
- Zinc: mineral present in the body in small quantities that performs different functions. It is a mineral constituent of keratin, indispensable for the correct activity of the germ cells of the hair matrix. In its deficiency the hair weakens and slows the growth rate. It is also one of the most useful micronutrients to support immune defenses, stimulating the proper functioning of the thyme. It acts mainly against influenza viruses and bacterial infections. Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
- Biotin: vitamin whose deficiency can determine hair loss and fragility of nails. Integrating the diet with biotin reduces one of the causes of hair loss and strengthens your nails.
- Avocado: rich fruit in antioxidants and unsaturated fatty acids (especially omega 3), phytosterols, vitamins (especially vitamin A and vitamin E) and minerals that have a particularly beneficial effect for an adequate nourishment of nails and hair. From cold pressing of the fruit you get a rich oil in regenerating properties. The avocado oil is in fact ideal for hydrating even the dry skins favouring the skin renewal and increasing its elasticity. It also carries out reconstituent and antioxidant action.
- Vitamin B6: contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.
- Copper: contributes to hair pigmentation and cell protection from oxidative stress.
-Selenium: contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Charging agent: cellulose; L-cistina; 10.7% avocado (American Persea Mill.) fruit powder, L-sein, L-glutamine, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulphate, carbonate and chloride), AAKG granular (L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate; stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose), L-treonine; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethyleneglycol, talc; L-methionine, zinc bisglycinate, glycine, yeast enriched in selenium; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; ferrous bisglycinate, copper citrate, pyridoxin hydrochloride (vitamin B6); colorants: titanium dioxide, riboflavin, complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophiline with copper; D-biotin (biotin).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day to swallow with a sip of water during one of the main meals.
