Description
Food supplement suitable for men and women, provides useful nutrients to hair, skin and nails. Contains vitamin C, zinc, copper, MSM (methylsulphonylmethane, organic compound containing sulphur), alga lithothamnium limestoneum (which naturally contains silicon), L-lisina and L-proline. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin functioning. Copper helps maintain normal connective tissues and contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Vitamin C, zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
To swallow from 1 to 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably at meals.
