Orthic, equisite, millet and zinc help maintain the well-being of nails and, together with selenium and biotin, promote the maintenance of hair health, while copper contributes to their normal pigmentation.
Copper also promotes the health of connective tissues and vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, useful to the normal function of the skin.
Iodine also, with vitamins A, B2, B3 and biotin, helps maintain a healthy skin.
Finally, the Chinese Anglican mitigates the disorders of the menstrual cycle and, together with soy and sage, contrasts the discomforts of menopause.

Ingredients
Orthic (Dioic Urtica) roots and leaves dry integral extract, charge agents: microcrystalline cellulose, arabic rubber; dried equiseto or horsetail (Equisetum arvense) grass, millet (Panicum miliaceum) dried extract, angelica chinese (Angelica sinensis) dry extract (titolato al 1% in ligustilidi), (L-)cistina, (L-)istidine, pumpkin (Cucurbino pepo var. oleiferous) silicon dioxide; gluconate iron, vitamin E of vegetable origin (D-alpha-tocopheral acetate), gluconate zinc, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), antiagglomerant: magnesium stearate of vegetable origin; sage (Salvia officinalis) essential oil leaves, manganese gluconate, vitamin B5 (calcium pantotenate), sodium borate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (piridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, vitamin A (netradiol acetate), vitamin K1 (phyllineninyl).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 4 pills from one to three times a day during meals (from 4 to 12 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.
