Description
Food supplement of functional ingredients useful to counter the disorders of the menstrual cycle (agnocaste and ginger), promote mental well-being and relaxation (chamomile), contribute to the physiological energy metabolism, reduction of fatigue and fatigue and normal psychological function (vitamin B6 and magnesium), counteract localized tension states and help digestive function (zenzero) and support the regulation of hormonal activity. The formulation has been completed with the addition of the extract of pilosella, useful for drainage of body fluids, and with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Magnesium (magnesium carbonate); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; agnocasto (Vitex agnus-castus L., e.s. of the fruit, tit. 0.5% in agnuside), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., e.s. of rhizome, tit. 10% in gingeroli and shogaoli), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., e.s. of the heads: inflorescences, tit. 0.3% in apigenine and apigenine 7 glucoside), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherle acetate), pilosella (Pilosella officinarum Vaill. , e.s. of the aerial parts, 1% in total flavonoids); anti-agglomerating agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride).

Mode of use
The recommended dose is 2 tablets a day, from swallowing whole with a glass of water.
