Description
Creatine supplement, blackberry salts, vitamins and other nutrients, intended for adults who practice intense exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short-term activity. Rodiola, eleuterococcus, ginseng and astragalus carry out a tonic-adaptogenous action. In addition, rodiola and ginseng are useful, along with magnesium, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid, to counter excessive fatigue and fatigue.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 6 tablets from one to three times a day at any time (from 6 to 18 tablets per day); suggested before and after intense physical activity. Close carefully after use.
