The grass of passiflora and escolzia promote relaxation and sleep.
The leaves and flowers of hawthorn and the leaves of melissa favor relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Each 360 mg capsule contains: hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) leaves and flowers e.s. 24%, passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) grass e.s. 20%, eschscholtzia californica Cham) grass e.s. 18%; melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) e.s. 13%, inulin, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers e.s. 6.5%, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Mode of use
Take a capsule half an hour before bedtime. Take another in case of night awakening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.

Conservation
Store the bottle well closed and sheltered from heat and moisture sources.
