Food supplement based on plant extracts and vitamins (B2 and B6).
The ashwagandha promotes physiological relaxation and mental well-being and supports the normal defenses of the body, as the rodiola, carries out a tonic-adaptogenous action.
The centella has a positive action on memory and cognitive functions.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and immune system and, together with riboflavin (vitamin B2), helps reduce fatigue and fatigue.
B6 and B2 vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and physiological functioning of the nervous system.

Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, radice] e.s. tit. to 2.5% withanolidi, rodiola (Rhodiola rosea L., root) e.s. tit. to 3% rosavine, casing capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); charge agent: calcium phosphate; centiella [Centella asiatica (L.) Urb., parti aeree] e.s. tit. to 20% in total triterpenes; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide (nano), magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavina).

Mode of use
To swallow preferably with a little water, a capsule before breakfast, and a capsule before lunch.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take pregnant, during breastfeeding and in case of known or presumed allergy to one or more of the components. Don't give the children. In the presence of pathologies and in case of concomitant intake of drugs it is recommended to feel the advice of the doctor before taking the product.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place sheltered from light, moisture and direct sources of heat.
The minimum term of preservation refers to the product in an integrated package, properly preserved.
